At She's Secret, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with a little joy. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders across Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free delivery on every order

• Orders are processed within [1–2] working days after your order is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• We may contact you by [call / WhatsApp / email] to confirm your order before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.

3. Delivery time

• Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within [3–5] working days.
• Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are often quicker, while smaller towns and remote areas may take a little longer.
• Your total wait is the processing time plus the delivery time.

4. Where we deliver

We currently deliver nationwide, across all of Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — simply pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
• Please keep the exact amount ready to make handover smooth.
• To prevent fake or mistaken orders, we may confirm COD orders by [call / WhatsApp] before dispatch.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share a tracking number with you by [WhatsApp / SMS / email] so you can follow your parcel on the courier's website until it reaches your door.

7. Delivery attempts and address details

• Please provide a complete, correct delivery address and a phone number you can be reached on. Most delivery delays happen because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number.
• Our courier partners usually make [2–3] delivery attempts.
• If delivery cannot be completed because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone, or a refused parcel, the order is returned to us. Re-delivery may require reconfirmation, and repeated COD refusals may affect eligibility for Cash on Delivery on future orders.

8. Delays beyond our control

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. However, delays can sometimes happen due to weather, public holidays, strikes, courier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if anything affects your delivery.

9. Damaged, wrong, or missing items

We pack every order with care so it arrives in perfect condition. Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
