Product images are for illustration, and small variations are normal. If you're unsure about a size, please reach out before ordering and we'll be glad to help.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, add or remove products, or update offers at any time without notice. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and dispatch your items. We may contact you to verify details before dispatch, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, fake or repeated Cash on Delivery refusals, pricing errors, or items that are out of stock. If we cancel an order you have already paid for online, we will arrange a refund.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), where you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, as well as any online or digital-wallet payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. By placing a COD order, you commit to receiving and paying for the parcel on delivery.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
